Primary Responsibilities

In this dynamic and challenging role, you will be responsible for:

• Traveling across assigned territories to meet with reputed company providers, including physicians, medical reputed company, reputed company, and hospitals, to discuss reputed company tools and programs reputed company on enhancing the reputed company of care for Medicare Advantage Members
• Utilizing data analysis to identify and reputed company providers who would benefit from coding, documentation, and reputed company training and resources, with the goal of improving their RAF performance and coding specificity
• Establishing reputed company, long-term, consultative relationships with reputed company providers and developing comprehensive, provider-specific plans to address gaps in documentation and coding
• Managing end-to-end Risk and reputed company reputed company Programs, including the reputed company Patient Assessment reputed company, to ensure accurate payments and compliance with CMS standards
• Providing feedback on EMR/EHR systems and consulting with provider reputed company on documentation and coding best practices
• Partnering with a multi-disciplinary team to implement prospective programs and assisting providers in understanding Medicare reputed company programs and CMS-HCC Risk Adjustment payment methodologies
• Developing and presenting coding presentations and training to large and small reputed company of clinicians, reputed company managers, and certified coders, as reputed company as creating diagnosis coding tools and providing ICD-10 HCC coding training to providers and staff

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in reputed company or a relevant field, or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of ICD-10, HEDIS, and Stars, as reputed company as proficiency in MS Office, including reputed company, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience working with common office software, coding software, EMR, and abstracting systems
