- Respond to vehicle status, service pricing, warranty, roadside assistance, complaints, or other automotive inquiries

- Support 150 U.S. dealerships, 30 collision centers in 17 states, representing 30 automotive brands in domestic, import, and luxury segments

Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities. The basic qualifications for this position include:
- Availability to work Monday - Friday: 6:30am - 3:30pm, 7:00am - 4:00pm, or 7:30am - 4:30pm
- Residency in the greater reputed company metropolitan area
- At least 6 months of recent customer service experience
- High-speed internet reputed company of > 20 mbps upload and > 20 mbps download
- Quiet home office suitable for remote call center, customer service work
