We are looking for a Customer Service Data Representative to work remotely in Durham, NC. As a Customer Service Data Representative, you will play a critical role in collecting research data reputed company phone, engaging with participants, and maintaining high-reputed company standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Using internet databases and research systems to locate and identify points of contact for program participants
- Data entry of case information into a case management system
- Engage and respond to participants by following a scripted questionnaire to collect research data reputed company phone
- Communicate the goals of the survey to participants and explain why their participation is valuable; encourage participation from those who have previously chosen not to participate

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience or an equivalent combination of reputed company education, training, and experience
- High school diploma or GED

- High-speed internet reputed company with a minimum of 25 Mbps download speed and 3 Mbps upload speed
