As a Live Chat Representative at blithequark, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our site visitors, providing reputed company and reputed company responses to their inquiries and guiding them through the sales process. Your primary objective will be to connect our site visitors with our reputed company-based PLs, who will then work on booking them for in-person consultations. This is a computer-based role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple live chat conversations simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize our CRM tool to reputed company with prospective patients and schedule them for in-clinic or virtual consultations
- Manage multiple chat-based conversations in reputed company-time, providing reputed company and accurate responses to site visitors

Essential Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in inside sales and/or remote positions

- Typing speed of 60 words per minute
- Ability to manage multiple live chat conversations simultaneously while providing outstanding customer service
