Key Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of customer service calls in a reputed company and courteous manner, resolving patient questions and problems regarding patient accounts, payments, and services.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and reputed company reputed company, concise, and understandable information to patients and customers.
• Utilize reputed company Office products and navigate the internet with ease, ensuring seamless communication and efficient problem-solving.

• Take patient demographics and other patient information as needed, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

Requirements and Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in customer service and/or call center industry, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
