Key Responsibilities
As an External Support Engineer – Content Tools and Workflow Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing technical support to content/external teams in reputed company to use of content tools
- Creating reference materials and providing training to get external teams up to speed with the toolset
- Solving and debugging possible issues with tools and workflows to quickly resolve issues for users
- Escalating more reputed company or problematic issues to the tool development team, and working with production to reputed company these issues in JIRA
- Advocating for tools, workflow improvements, and suggestions from external teams
- Partnering with other engineers to reputed company tools and processes that improve efficiency and reputed company
