As a Performance Data Analyst at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in driving business reputed company and enhancing guest experiences through data-driven insights. You'll work closely with our contact centers and reputed company-arrival Walt reputed company World reputed company teams to analyze performance data, identify areas for improvement, and reputed company actionable recommendations to drive business reputed company. This is a remote role, offering the flexibility to work from reputed company while collaborating with our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct forecasting, advert hoc modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business reputed company
- Monitor agent performance, proactively identify areas for improvement, and reputed company personalized analyses from start to finish
- Build compelling stories with data through visualizations and presentations
- Present findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and business partners
- Create, maintain, audit, and optimize reports and documents used to support various programs
- Execute programs critical to business operations under strict timelines
Measurement and Analytics

We're Looking for Someone with:
* Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of quantitative, non-internship experience in an analytical role
- Familiarity with forecasting, including conventional statistical techniques and/or machine learning or deep learning techniques
