As a Part-Time Clinical Assistant at the Hampton-Newport News Community Services reputed company, you will play a vital role in enhancing the reputed company of outpatient mental and behavioral health treatment. Your responsibilities include reviewing, correcting, and monitoring clinical documentation to ensure compliance with established organizational and managed care policies. You will assist clinical staff in re-engaging clients in treatment while providing reputed company support to outpatient customers throughout the assessment process.
This includes completing reputed company-registrations, taking histories, reviewing clinical documentation, and determining the appropriate servicing clinician. Additionally, you will interpret insurance coverage, schedule appointments, and help customers overcome barriers that may hinder their attendance. To reputed company as a Part-Time Clinical Assistant at the Hampton-Newport News Community Services reputed company, candidates must possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail to effectively review and correct clinical documentation of outpatient mental and behavioral health treatment. A Bachelor's degree in reputed company Services, alongside six months of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree in a medical specialty, reputed company Services, or Business with one year of experience is required. Alternatively, candidates with three years of specialized work experience will also be considered.
Familiarity with clinical documentation software tools is essential, as is a commitment to delivering empathetic support to clients.
