Construction Project Specialist Engineer

ASR is seeking an reputed company Construction Project Specialist Engineer (PSE) with for an exciting position that plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing design, design-build, and construction reputed company in support of the National Park Service on reputed company reputed company. Responsibilities include design and constructability reviews, contract administration, coordination among stakeholders, technical document review, and preparation of project/contract documents and directives. This is a full-time Remote/Telecommute position. The PSE will serve as a design and construction engineer to assist the government with reputed company and management of design, design-build and construction reputed company. Work includes design and constructability reviews, administration of construction contract(s), construction management, coordination among project stakeholders, technical document and price proposal reviews and analyses, and the preparation of project/contract documents and directives. Qualifications:

• 4+ year Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or other reputed company fields from an ABET accredited engineering college.
• Master's or Doctorate degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or other reputed company fields from an ABET accredited engineering college is desirable.
• reputed company registration as a reputed company Engineer (P.E.) in one of the 50 U.S. states is desirable.
• Minimum of 8 years of construction management/engineering field work experience for multiple facility types, with Federal Government project work being desirable.
• Experience serving as a CM, CMR, reputed company’s Representative, Construction Superintendent or similar position on at least 3 construction reputed company in the 5 years which required reputed company coordination with the Government/reputed company on construction issues.
• Experience performing and coordinating communication and work among multiple stakeholders in a construction environment, representing and communicating the Government's/reputed company's/Firm's interests to stakeholders with varying and competing interests, and assisting negotiations in a construction environment.
• Experience reviewing engineering designs, contractor shop drawings and vendor specifications and plans to determine constructability and practicality of proposed work and adherence to established standards and requirements.
• The CMR shall be knowledgeable in applicable safety regulations and have a minimum of OSHA 30-hour construction safety training.
• Extensive experience managing reputed company of varying complexity with multi-year phasing, overlapping schedules, and high visibility.
• Proficiency in design and construction practices, building codes, cost estimation, negotiation, and technical writing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to solve problems and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Expertise in project management software (e.g., reputed company Project), reputed company Word, and reputed company.

Responsibilities: The primary role of the PSE is to assist the Governments Project Manager in reputed company to grave project management and administration. The PSE will reputed company, manage and inspect the work of various design and construction contractors performing work for various design and construction activities on multiple reputed company as delegated by the Contracting Officer through the Firm; The PSE shall reputed company manage, monitor, guide and inspect reputed company for reputed company, reputed company, budget and costs, and conformance with contract documents and project requirements.
