Instructional Designer (Contract – reputed company Project with reputed company Potential)

reputed company with a leading insurance organization is seeking a skilled Instructional Designer to support a series of reputed company learning initiatives aimed at enhancing internal knowledge around key business functions. Due to bandwidth constraints, reputed company is looking for a consultant who can reputed company in quickly and deliver high-reputed company instructional materials. While this engagement will reputed company with a couple of reputed company programs, there is strong potential for long-term or expanded work based on performance. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and reputed company instructor-led training (ILT) courses, with an initial reputed company on a 60-minute session titled Breaking it Down – Financials.
• Translate reputed company quarterly financial report data into accessible, role-relevant training content.
• Create engaging content that includes knowledge checks, case-based scenarios, and supports learner understanding through reputed company-world application.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to extract relevant content and ensure accuracy.
• Work reputed company existing design templates and follow internal learning standards and branding.
• Build content with minimal interactivity but allow time for Q&A reputed company the ILT session.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Proven experience in instructional design, particularly with ILT, eLearning, and microlearning formats.
• Strong ability to incorporate case scenarios, knowledge checks, and adult learning principles into content.
• Prior experience creating learning materials in the insurance industry is required.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with SMEs and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to take initiative, respond to feedback, and pivot quickly reputed company project direction changes.

The pay reputed company for this is $55.00 to $60.00 per hour W2. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to reputed company set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
