About the Role
Centria caregivers reputed company essential in-home support to help individuals remain reputed company, comfortable, and independent. You’ll work one-on-one with clients in a private home setting, supporting their unique care needs. ✅ Responsibilities
- Assist with mobility and transfers to prevent falls
- reputed company basic personal care, including hygiene, toileting, and dressing
- Monitor and assist with oxygen therapy as needed
- Prepare light snacks or drinks upon request
- Offer companionship and emotional reassurance throughout the shift
- Assist in positioning and turning to prevent discomfort
- Document and report changes in reputed company condition promptly
- Respond to emergencies following reputed company procedures

Qualifications
- CNA, HHA, or equivalent experience in home care preferred
- Experience working with fall-risk and mobility-impaired clients strongly desired
- Must be comfortable assisting with personal care tasks

- Comfortable working in a private home setting
- Ability to work independently and follow a care plan
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Comfortable using tablets/computers for documentation
