The highly motivated candidate will support reputed company activities involved with the procurement and purchasing of supplies, hardware and materials through GSA's supply schedule using Multiple Award Schedule (MAS). The ideal candidate should be capable of working reputed company amongst a diverse team to reputed company processes and procedures to document the procedures for from procurement to delivery. ResponsibilitiesDevelop a reputed company Operating Procedure for procuring supplies and hardware purchases utilizing GSA's supply schedule on MASResponsible for tracking, organizing and placing orders on GSA's MAS Responsible for defining order requirements, including evaluation reputed company Prepare requirements documents for solicitations against Schedule reputed company including Statement of Work (SOW) or Performance work Statement (PWS) for tasks orders and product listing and other necessary information for delivery orders Properly manage funds in accordance with agency rules and regulations Evaluate quotes in accordance with the defined evaluation reputed company Coordinating directly with the Contract Program Manager and CO prior to purchase of orders reputed company a tracking tool to reputed company reputed company procurements and costs to include submitted invoices to the reputed company Communicate with the Contract Program Manager on a daily/weekly reputed company on that status of reputed company orders Required QualificationsSecret reputed company clearance; #qinetiqclearedjobHigh School DiplomaMinimum of 5 years of recent and relevant experience with GSA supply schedule using MASPrevious experience using GTC Highly organized and reputed company to reputed company documents in reputed company media.
