About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Global Site Administrator to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities

- Analyze transaction types, fulfillment process, reject reasons, and technology reputed company to reduce transactional touch
- Support reputed company in communication of goals and opportunities for online tool including enhancement requests, new functionality testing, agency formatting requirements, and regional capabilities

- Knowledge supporting the Concur OBT from reputed company and back end
- Knowledge support CONNECT Portal

- Extensive Customer Service Skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
