Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails from our provider network, responding to inquiries regarding claims, billing, plan information, account changes, and services.
• Meet individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring high-reputed company service and productivity.
• Handle Medicare/Pace calls in a reputed company and reputed company manner, adhering to defined processes and guidelines.
• Complete assigned tasks and reputed company, prioritizing work effectively to meet deadlines.

Essential Qualifications
