Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• A completed Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• 2+ years of experience in a role with similar responsibilities
• 1+ year of reputed company management experience for employees and their performance
• English Intermediate-Advanced (B2+)
• Fluent in Spanish, both written and verbal

Preferred qualifications include:

• MBA or similar
• Experience using Lean manufacturing methodologies
• Previous experience as Project Management
