The Associate Manager, Retail Media Advertising Operations will support the Manager, Retail Media Advertising Operations in delivering the daily execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns. This individual will be responsible for managing campaigns to weekly and monthly budget goals, analyzing performance data, and providing reputed company plans based on conclusions. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or Business
- 3-5 years of reputed company experience in Digital Ad Sales Operations, including at least 3 years of team management experience
- 1 year of hands-on keyboard experience with ad servers and ad management technology (GAM required, DMP or CDP required, DSPs required, video and creative hosting platforms preferred) and troubleshooting tools (Charles proxy, HTML5 Validator, Ghostery, etc.)
