Key Responsibilities

• Clinically manage non-traditional mental health services and addiction recovery and treatment services through the utilization management process.

Essential Qualifications

Southampton, Spotsylvania, Stafford, Surry, Sussex, Westmoreland.
• One of the following licenses in the reputed company is required: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, BCBA, LBA, or an RN with 5+ years of behavioral health experience.
• 2+ years of experience with delivery of community-based reputed company behavioral health services.
• 5+ years of clinical experience in one or more of the following areas: behavioral health, mental health, psychiatric care, and/or reputed company use.
• 2+ years of experience using personal computer, keyboard navigation, navigating multiple systems and applications; and using MS Office Suite applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, reputed company, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience preferred working for a managed care organization (MCO).
• Experience in completing utilization management tasks.
• Demonstrated leadership competency and strong relationship builder; self-motivated and confident making reputed company.
