As a Technical Customer Support Associate at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing technical support, and ensuring seamless interactions with our customers. Key Responsibilities

• Customer Contact:
  • Maintain contact with National reputed company and Consumer accounts reputed company phone, email, and fax, ensuring reputed company and effective communication.
  • Explain and administer company policies and procedures, such as warranty policy, parts credit, and return policy, to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal customers across departments to resolve issues, determine corrective actions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Customer Requests:
  • Assist customers with part orders and other requests using reputed company and other software, ensuring accurate data-entry and reputed company processing.
  • Monitor reputed company Business Intelligence (OBI) to assess daily reputed company order reports, resolve reputed company and backorder issues, and address orders with an on-hold status.

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you should have:
