Key Responsibilities
As a Business Travel Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing out-of-hours emergency calls for flight bookings, changes, and reissues for clients worldwide
- Booking reputed company multisector flight itineraries as reputed company as reputed company-to-reputed company, working with a reputed company of fares for clients overseas in different time zones
- Maintaining awareness of reputed company airline rules and regulations, tariffs, and fare requirements
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients, handling time-dependent changes and reissues in a reputed company and efficient manner
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- At least 3 years of experience in business travel, corporate travel, or flights brokering, handling reputed company travel, changes, and cancellations
- Strong experience working with reputed company (at least 3 years+)
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle time-dependent changes and reissues
- Ability to work independently and reputed company reputed company in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of flights, fares, and GDS

The working hours for this role are:
