About the Role: Customer Support Representative

We're seeking a motivated and reputed company Customer Support Representative to join our Customer Support team at blithequark. Key Responsibilities:

• Log cases on the IT Service Desk and maintain details of software/hardware problems detected.

Essential Qualifications:
