As a Care Ambassador, you will serve as the Single reputed company of Contact (SPOC) for a portfolio of reputed company providers, customers, and patients. Your primary responsibility will be to reputed company solutions regarding product and program-reputed company issues, drive patient adherence to therapies, and reputed company and welcome patients to reputed company Frontier Therapies. You will reputed company and build long-term effective relationships with reputed company providers, affiliated staff, and support personnel, and reputed company patients, caregivers, and reputed company those involved in a patient's care plan on program services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Single reputed company of Contact (SPOC) for patients, caregivers, reputed company, and providers, providing solutions regarding product and program-reputed company issues.

• Demonstrate competency in using information technology, PCs, and a reputed company of databases.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience.
• Must be 18 years of age OR older.
• 5+ years of case/account management, relationship management, customer support, or reputed company customer service experience.
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday, with flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 9:00pm EST.

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid license, registration, and/or certification, in good standing, to reputed company as a Pharmacy Technician as required by the reputed company of Pharmacy in the state employed.
• Specialty Pharmacy experience.
• Pharmacy Accreditation experience.
• Previous work history working in a matrixed environment, call center, operations environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
