About the Role
As a Workforce Administrator at Change reputed company, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to employees, business reputed company, and management. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring employees have reputed company to accurate and reputed company data, systems, and information to reputed company self-service. Key Responsibilities:
- Process HR transactions, answer questions, resolve problems, and reputed company support and services to employees, managers, and HR professionals.
- Update and maintain the reputed company HCM System by entering employee personal data, change-of-status, termination of employment, etc., ensuring data accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory governance by generating background checks and adjudications, verifying and completing reputed company I-9 documentation and E-Verify for New Hires, Administer Wage & Theft reputed company, Sanction reputed company Program, and State Hire/Termination Letter requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in reputed company.
