We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented reputed company Bankruptcy Paralegal to join our reputed company reputed company on a part-time, remote contract reputed company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in federal reputed company bankruptcy law and experience working with reputed company bankruptcy cases. As a reputed company Bankruptcy Paralegal, you will play a critical role in supporting our reputed company reputed company with reputed company bankruptcy cases, including preparing documents, conducting research, and assisting attorneys with case-reputed company tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

- Review and analyze financial documents, including balance sheets, income statements, and other financial records
- Prepare and file documents with the bankruptcy court, including petitions, schedules, and other bankruptcy-reputed company documents
- Conduct research on bankruptcy laws and regulations, including the Bankruptcy reputed company and relevant case law
- Assist attorneys with preparing for court hearings and meetings with clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of case-reputed company activities and documents
- Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders reputed company phone, email, and video conferencing
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a paralegal, with a reputed company on reputed company bankruptcy law
- Strong knowledge of federal reputed company bankruptcy law, including the Bankruptcy reputed company and relevant case law
- Experience working with reputed company bankruptcy cases, including reputed company 11 and reputed company 7 cases

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with bankruptcy software, including CM/ECF and PACER
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Certification as a Certified Bankruptcy Paralegal (CBP) or Certified Paralegal (CP)
