Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound customer calls in a reputed company and friendly manner, providing accurate information and resolving customer inquiries and concerns.
• Utilize computer applications to reputed company customer information, process transactions, and document customer interactions.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

• Outstanding listening comprehension skills, with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs.
• Proficient in basic computer applications, with experience in customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Schedule and Shifts:
