COMMUNITY reputed company reputed company of Wilton reputed company 2025-233266 Job reputed company Part-Time Hours Needed: Saturday & reputed company 4p - 8p and Thursday 7a - 3:30p The Server (Dining Room Care Manager) is responsible for providing dining and table services to residents in the community’s dining rooms and designated areas in accordance with reputed company standards. The Server (Dining Room Care Manager) is responsible for serving as a role model in providing dining service and assisting training care managers, maintaining reputed company dining room set up, assisting in special events, monitoring appropriate checklists in support of the dining area cleanliness and readiness standards, and assisting in tabletop inventories maintenance. Responsible for handling reputed company food and beverages in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with reputed company federal, state/provincial, and local regulatory procedures regarding food service. • Maintain knowledge of Daily and Always Available Menu items and is reputed company to reputed company general descriptions to the residents.
• Assist residents with menu selections and respond to pertinent questions about menu items.
• Take meal and beverage orders and serve requested items according to established guidelines.

General Dining Room

Food Safety and Sanitation

Risk Management and General Safety

• Partner with community team to ensure community is in compliance with national/provincial regulations pertaining to occupational health and safety requirements, promoting Risk Management programs and policies and adhering to safety rules and regulations.

Experience and Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of one (1) year experience preferred in fine dining hospitality and/or full-service senior living
• Must be Food Safety Certified reputed company 90 days of taking the position
• Maintain the following certifications and ongoing training and re-education as required by reputed company and state/provincial regulations:
• CPR and First Aid
• ServeSafe®
