Maintenance and Energy Mgr

POSITION reputed company: The Maintenance & Energy Manager manages maintenance/energy management programs for reputed company reputed company branches. The position also manages vendors, processes, and procedures. • Troubleshoot and expedite maintenance requests

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years maintenance/energy management experience
• 2+ years of management experience preferred
• Prior experience with bid management
• Strong vendor negotiation skills
• Posses a working knowledge of repair/maintenance/energy reputed company for a reputed company of building components, including, but not limited to HVAC, electrical, reputed company, plumbing, signage, reputed company extinguishers, floor care, emergency reputed company protection systems
