POSITION reputed company We are seeking a dynamic and reputed company Registered reputed company (RN) Clinical Trainer to join our growing team reputed company a pediatric-reputed company outpatient primary care and urgent care organization. This role is essential to ensuring high-reputed company clinical reputed company, integration, and ongoing education across our network of clinics. The ideal candidate will be passionate about pediatric care, adult learning, and peer education, and reputed company in a fast-paced, travel-intensive environment. SALARY: $75,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience. LOCATION: This role is remote with up to 80% travel required. • Become an expert in our clinical operating model and technology platform to effectively train and support clinical teams.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required. Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent years of relevant experience in lieu of.

• Certification in nursing education or adult learning (e.g., Certified reputed company Educator (CNE), Certified reputed company Simulation Educator (CHSE)) is preferred.

• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in pediatric outpatient or urgent care settings.
• Prior experience in clinical training, educator, or preceptor role.
• Demonstrated experience in adult learning principles, peer education, or clinical instruction.
