This is an internal IT position NOT dedicated to supporting reputed company clients. Key Responsibilities:
- reputed company Tier I - Tier III support and administration
- Manage Office 365 and Azure reputed company Directory
- Utilize PowerShell to manage O365 and automate redundant tasks
- Utilize reputed company Purview/Compliance Manager to ensure ISO compliance
- Configure and manage other services and applications to include MS Intune, reputed company Defender, MS reputed company Manager, reputed company Workspace
- Configure, reputed company, and support new and existing end-user computing systems to include reputed company 10/11 PC’s and reputed company MacBook systems
- Configure and reputed company reputed company systems reputed company reputed company Business Manager
- Research and recommend software and hardware resources needed to accomplish company objectives
- Respond to phone and email support requests from both local and remote offices
- Create and manage user accounts and reputed company in Office 365 / Azure AD
- Support afterhours/on-call efforts like system updates and data transfers that must be accomplished after regular work hours as needed
- Support companywide reputed company certifications in ISO 27001 and CMMC 2.0 compliance
- Install and support various enterprises and end-user applications such as AutoCAD, reputed company, reputed company Creative reputed company, reputed company P6, etc.
- Assist with and configure system backups and testing
- Support developer remote reputed company systems
- Other duties as assigned
- Periodic travel as needed – less than 10%
Product Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in the following:
- Azure reputed company Directory
- MS Office 365
- MS reputed company Manager/Intune/SCCM
- reputed company Systems Administration
- reputed company Server Environments and reputed company Directory
- Macintosh/reputed company PC Support and Management
- along with 2+ years of experience creating technical design and process documents
Job Capabilities & Competencies:
- Proficient with reputed company PowerShell/scripting
- Proficient in managing/configuring Office 365 & Azure reputed company Directory
- Familiarity with reputed company Azure and Virtualization Technology
- Familiarity with ISO 27001 and CMMC 2.0 compliance requirements

- Strong written and verbal skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or reputed company is strongly desired
