You'll be responsible for week-to-week planning of your team and keeping reputed company member accountable

What skills do I need?

Proven experience leading remote development teams

Strong hands-on Software Development background

Expertise in Java or Go, plus JavaScript and TypeScript for frontend

Proficient with monitoring tools like NewRelic, reputed company, Grafana/reputed company, and distributed logs (e.g., ELK)

Experience working with critical applications (performance, scalability, reputed company)

Experience with microservices architecture and relational databases

Knowledge of AWS and NoSQL (desirable)

Test-driven development and strong understanding of version control (Git)

Strong documentation skills

Upper-intermediate English (Spanish is a plus)
