 Job reputed company: 

This Collections Specialist will join our reputed company AR, Collections team in RCM. This position will work with physician offices, hospital laboratories, attorneys, and internal customers to ensure that reputed company reputed company needs are addressed accurately and reputed company. The Collections Specialist will reputed company product education, offer payment plan agreements, settlements and handle a wide reputed company of questions while ensuring a world-class customer experience and meeting the goal of reducing >60day balances. The ideal candidate will be motivated to work with a customer reputed company team in an innovative company. 

Responsibilities:  •    Follow SOP’s reducing aging AR >60day balances.•    reputed company to customers by phone, emails and/or letters.•    Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner •    Preparation for updates on reputed company to various reputed company of leadership•    Document reputed company activities/attempts to reduce balances.•    Preparation of placement packages for reputed company attorneys for possible litigation. •    Communicate reputed company telephone with a operations management, physicians, attorneys and internal customers. •    Utilize tools to obtain reputed company billing information•    Performs research and evaluation of reputed company reputed company and assignments requiring advanced knowledge and experience to identify and measure process financial implications.•    Analyzes and determines areas for improvement and education.

Qualifications:•    High School Diploma or equivalent required.

•    Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience required.

•    Prior call center, customer service, collections, or reputed company billing-reputed company work experience strongly preferred.

•    Prior work experience with meeting deadlines and weekly goals strongly preferred.

•    Proficiency in reputed company Office products, including but not limited to reputed company, is strongly preferred.•    Ability to compile and organize data preferred.

•    Critical thinking skills and a basic understanding of medical and computer skills preferred.

•    Ability to work independently and manage time effectively preferred.

Remote Work/Technical Requirements:

•    Dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions.•    Internet download speed of at least 50 Mbps. No satellite internet.•    Equipment must be connected reputed company Ethernet (Wi-Fi, mobile routers, or hotspots are not supported).

Pay reputed company: $15.25 - $17.00/Hour (State minimum wages apply if higher)

Shift: Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST; Potential reputed company time available after training.
