The Entry Level Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for performing daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer activities for various investments. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing exchange buy and sell transactions, identifying and addressing breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents, and handling corporate activity events.
Key Responsibilities

- Process exchange buy and sell transactions in customer reputed company, and identify and address breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents.
- Handle corporate activity events, including settling and reconciling transfer activity, and processing and reconciling returns activity.
- Research reputed company and escalated issues, and reputed company testing and validation of new technology enhancements and service changes.
- Complete reputed company in reputed company, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly reputed company the reputed company/Advisor account.
- Communicate effectively with Retail and Institutional Business Teams through email, phone, reputed company, Outlook, and reputed company.
- Collaborate with TD Ameritrade Clearing and external business partners, including fund companies, transfer brokers, and reputed company parties.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Basic knowledge of financial markets, investments, and data entry principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve reputed company issues.
