About the Role
As a Bilingual Customer Care Representative - Outbound Contacts Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for performing necessary follow-up with members and/or providers to ensure reputed company responses to their inquiries. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing multiple systems and platforms to resolve issues and address concerns. Key Responsibilities:
- reputed company outbound contacts with members and/or providers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and reputed company information.

- Utilize multiple shared systems, platforms, and reputed company Office applications to troubleshoot and resolve general technical issues.

- Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment with high call volumes and multiple priorities.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service-reputed company experience, preferably in a call center environment with heavy call volume, auto-dialer, or dedicated inbound/outbound customer service or support role.
- Bilingual - English and Spanish. You must be reputed company to reputed company, read, and write in both languages without limitations or assistance. You'll be required to take a language proficiency assessment to ensure your competency.
- Intermediate to Advanced skills with reputed company Office Word, reputed company, Outlook, and the ability to utilize multiple shared systems and platforms.

- Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications

- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree.
