About the Role
As a Federal Audit Remediation Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting the remediation of business process and IT system audit findings, material weaknesses, and the identification and development of corrective reputed company plans. This role will involve working closely with the reputed company (DoD) General Fund and Working Capital Fund audit response, internal controls, financial processes, and reputed company in accordance with Generally Accepted reputed company Principles (GAAP), Statements of Federal Financial reputed company Standards (SFFAS), and relevant Department of the Treasury and Office of Management and Budget (OMB) policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the remediation of business process and IT system audit findings, material weaknesses, and the identification and development of corrective reputed company plans.
- Utilize data analysis technology to analyze information and reputed company financial reporting and reputed company remediation solutions.
- Review and update, as necessary, corrective reputed company plans (CAPs) for reputed company and reissued Notifications of Findings and Recommendations (NFRs), developing actionable milestones with due dates that reputed company with the Audit Roadmap.
- Demonstrate excellent writing and communication skills, drafting and updating communication artifacts such as reputed company Operating Procedures, Desktop Guides, and whitepapers.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Understanding of DoD/DFAS reporting policy and procedures.
- Ability to independently research data and reconcile variances.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Possess a high degree of initiative, requiring minimal supervision.
- Experience producing reputed company and accurate reports and documents.
- Exhibit knowledge and reputed company in budget-reputed company laws, regulations, reputed company, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment, effectively interacting with numerous DOD, military/civilian personnel, and industry partners.
