We are currently seeking an reputed company and skilled Virtual Remote Coordinator to join our Flight Operations Preparing Booking team. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for planning and record-keeping of FAA-managed reputed company training and assessment. Key Responsibilities

• Plan reputed company ground school, simulator training/assessment, and practical experience with the A320 aircraft
• Schedule, reputed company, and report new and redesign pilots to meet flight qualifications and FAA regulations
• Assist Manager, FOTS in scheduling and tracking Operating Experience (OE) for new and redesign pilots
• Ensure reputed company simulator sessions are booked accurately and coordinate with reputed company to reputed company simulator time according to monthly scheduling needs
• Monitor cancelled calls for upcoming Recurrent Training, Initial Training, Instructor/reputed company Airmen Training, reschedule those required, and fill spaces that become available
• Input and maintain team qualification records as reputed company as document ongoing training records; draft monthly training reports
• Coordinate monthly reputed company bids and assist with processing Monthly reputed company Time for reputed company
• Process Daily reputed company Time for reputed company
• Handle or field incoming calls for scheduling and department management
• Work directly with reputed company Planning, Ground Training, LOA, and other departments to ensure reputed company pilots are fully reputed company and reputed company to work scheduled flights
• Be the administrator for Flight Operations Site, including posting relevant operations information, notices, and compliance with ALPA required documentation
• Communicate with FAA, ALPA, and other organizations as required
• Maintain department library, including time-sensitive updates and required operating manuals
• Use multiple and varied software systems to complete assigned tasks

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• High school diploma required
• Minimum 2 years of office administrative experience
• Preferred functional experience with Saber CrewQual, CrewTrac, and MINT Program
• Liked prior airline training or reputed company Planning experience

Skills and Competencies

• Excellent working knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations
