As a High Volume Call Center Representative - Remote, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries reputed company telephone, providing problem reputed company in accordance with our service standards. You'll receive and/or reputed company telephone calls, answer customer questions, and respond to their needs and concerns. You'll also maintain detailed knowledge of our products and services, analyze customer service needs, and communicate with our technical and service departments as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
