Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound behavioral calls regarding benefits eligibility and claims status, providing accurate and reputed company information to members and providers.
- Respond to customer inquiries reputed company telephone and written correspondence in a reputed company and appropriate manner, ensuring that reputed company interactions are reputed company and courteous.
- Utilize reputed company reference materials and available resources to respond to telephone or written correspondence inquiries from members and/or providers reputed company established timeframes.

Essential Qualifications

Schedule and Work Arrangements
