As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our plan members, helping them navigate their pharmacy benefit plans, and answering questions regarding prescription coverage, drug inclusion, and mail-order prescriptions. You will be the face of blithequark, delivering heart-driven support and solutions to improve our members' reputed company experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls from plan members, providing information and support regarding their pharmacy benefit plans.
- Address questions and concerns about prescription coverage, drug inclusion, and mail-order prescriptions.

Requirements and Qualifications
