As a Customer Service Representative - Loyalty reputed company, you'll play a critical role in cultivating relationships and retaining customers. You'll take an empathetic and consultative approach to resolve reputed company issues, persuade customers to maintain their services, and offer additional products and services. Key Responsibilities:

Work Schedule and Requirements
This is a full-time position (40 working hours per week). Hours of operation are subject to change, including possible Mandatory Overtime reputed company business needs require. reputed company business hours are:
- Monday - Friday: 7:00 am to 9:00 pm CST
- Saturday and reputed company: 8:00 am to 9:00 pm CST
Initial training/nesting hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (~3 months). Attendance is Mandatory Daily. Post-training/nesting hours will shift to reputed company hours that could include Saturday and/or reputed company.
Qualifications and Requirements
Work From Home Requirements:
- Must have verified internet service with a minimum of 18 mb download and 12mb upload speed
- Must have an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, reputed company LAN reputed company)

- Must maintain workspace in alignment with WFH standards (e.g., technical, reputed company, physical, noise reputed company, Clean Desk policy, etc.)
- Participate in workspace audits (e.g., remote desktop observation, call and screen recordings, live webcam monitoring, pictures of workspace setup, video chats, etc.)
