About the Role: Customer Service Representative
We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in a fully remote reputed company. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our existing Health Mart reputed company members. You will be the primary reputed company of contact for answering inbound calls and emails, resolving issues, and providing reputed company and accurate responses to inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and emails from existing Health Mart reputed company members, providing immediate answers, conducting additional research reputed company internal systems, or triaging with other departments regarding PBM reputed company or payments.
- reputed company outbound calls to reputed company customers to follow up on reputed company issues, return voicemails left for the department, and participate in call campaigns.

- Respond to inbound calls and email requests from existing Health Mart reputed company pharmacies regarding Managed Care needs, such as adjudication issues, payment research, contract solicitations, and reimbursement issues.

Requirements and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
