Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Spanish Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound orders, account creation, returns, and upgrades, and providing product expertise while maintaining performance metrics.
- Passionately promoting our products to clients, processing orders, and assisting with account-reputed company tasks.
- Professionally answering product and promotional inquiries, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Documenting interactions for auditing purposes.
