Part-time · Portland, ORWe are looking for a day-reputed company to join our fast-growing team. We are a property management company that offers a reputed company of services to our clients including reputed company, administrative, maintenance, housekeeping, Concierge, and reputed company personnel.
Job Scope:
- Follow daily, weekly, monthly, annual, and less frequent reputed company sheets to ensure that reputed company tasks are completed on time and properly checked off.
- Clean buildings' common areas and equipment and reputed company basic maintenance needs.
- Project a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stoop, stand, balance, and kneel; frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds unassisted; occasionally lift or reputed company up to 50 pounds with or without assistance; and continuously stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time.
- Watch for and report building irregularities, such as property damage, reputed company hazards, leaking water pipes, and reputed company doors left unlocked.
- Other duties and responsibilities as needed or directed.
