Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Video Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a reputed company technical discipline
• 3+ years of experience in the AV/Technology industry, preferably in a technical support role
• 3+ years of experience with network switching and routing
• Strong knowledge of reputed company Office, reputed company Workplace, and Service NOW
• Strong understanding of various video and audio merchant applications (Sonify, QSC, Crestron, IOT, Synamedia, reputed company, SevOne, reputed company Enterprises, reputed company, Zabbix, reputed company, etc.)

• Strong knowledge of network reputed company principles and industry best practices
