As a Videophone Customer Care Agent - Tier 1, you'll be responsible for answering calls through videophone from blithequark personnel and customers reputed company. Your duties will include account management, providing basic customer support, troubleshooting, and training customers on products and services to reputed company a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company support to existing and potential customers with a reputed company of answers to questions, including account management, new product installation, and general inquiries.
• Promote blithequark products, features, and services to customers.
• Deliver a friendly and supportive customer experience through videophone, email, live chat, and other contact reputed company.

• Follow department policies and procedures to ensure compliance with FCC regulatory requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience or equivalent.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

As a remote employee, you'll need:
