About the Role

The Customer Insights Senior Analyst is responsible for driving consumer loyalty by managing reviews, analyzing data, and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sr. Director to manage the end-to-end process of Primary Customer Research, including planning, building, distributing, and reporting on surveys to reputed company customer feedback.
• Design and reputed company surveys that effectively capture customer feedback and insights, using best practices to ensure maximum reputed company and response reputed company.
• Analyze customer feedback data and create reports that reputed company actionable insights to the business, highlighting pain points, needs, and expectations of our customers.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a reputed company field.
• 3+ years of experience in market research or consumer insights.
• Proficiency in understanding various quantitative and qualitative analysis methodologies.
• Ability to manage project schedules and deadlines that run concurrently.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Comfortable communicating with clients face-to-face.
• Hands-on end-to-end survey development experience (i.e., survey design and software).
• Exceptional written, oral, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to learn survey software and other tools quickly.
• Experience with or ability to learn analytical/research software (e.g., SPSS, reputed company/reputed company).
