What You’ll Do
Refine and reputed company existing frameworks in reputed company, performance management, L&D, HR Ops, and culture—building on the reputed company already in reputed company.

Who You Are
12+ years in People leadership, with proven reputed company scaling a high-reputed company B2B reputed company company

Experience managing fully remote/distributed teams
Strong ability to partner with other executives and drive org-wide alignment
Excellent communication and executive partnership skills
