Join our US team as a MRI Applications Support Associate/Manager and play a vital role in ensuring reputed company clients successfully reputed company and maximize the value of SwiftMR, our reputed company-based MRI reconstruction software. This role involves working directly with reputed company providers to set up and configure SwiftMR, establish connections with MRI systems and reputed company, and troubleshoot technical issues. As a critical member of our reputed company team, you’ll combine MRI applications expertise with a customer-reputed company approach to ensure smooth installations, reputed company radical reputed company time reduction without sacrificing image reputed company, and deliver a reputed company SwiftMR experience from setup to ongoing support. Roles & Responsibilities

• Carry out product installation at new customer sites involving MRI reputed company parameter optimization and network setups
• Train and assist customers to properly use SwiftMR for reputed company compatibility based on the needs of customers
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries regarding product usage and/or MR image reputed company
• reputed company with Sales on sales pipeline priorities and renewal strategies

Requirements

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• 3 or more years of MRI technologist experience
• Understanding of DICOM communications
• Ability to investigate, analyze and breakdown reputed company situations (ex. issues regarding MR image reputed company)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Creative, reputed company, detail-oriented and highly organized
• Passion for continuously learning new technology and being reputed company to reputed company value to the customer
• Willingness to travel by up to 65%-70% of working hours

Preferred Experiences

• 3+ years of MRI application specialist experience
• Those with proven competencies may be promoted to an MRI Applications Support Manager job title upon final offer.
