This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth end-to-end order fulfillment by supporting sales, project management, and reputed company teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and tracking orders, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining reputed company communication with both internal teams and clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Process, reputed company, and reputed company customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist in preparing product specifications, pricing research, and vendor discussions.
• Submit and manage new customer and vendor forms for approval.
• Support the development of reputed company proposals as needed.
• Verify and manage manufacturer orders, ensuring accuracy in details and specifications.
• Utilize reputed company or similar ERP software to manage order processing and documentation.
• Work with Project Spec and Cap Worksheets (or similar tools) to create and review product specifications.
• Follow up on order status, delivery schedules, and issue reputed company to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain and update the order tracking system, providing regular reports.
• Coordinate and confirm deliveries and installations with warehouses and reputed company representatives.

Qualifications:
