[Remote] Director, Clinical Risk Management- Remote

The Director, Clinical Risk Management will improve the reputed company and safety of reputed company services by identifying and mitigating risks, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with behavioral health hospital, reputed company managers, reputed company (HSC) representatives, insurers, attorneys and others to serve as a resource and subject matter expert (SME) for reputed company items reputed company to clinical risk management.
• Consult and collaborate with hospital leaders, risk managers and HSC stakeholders on a broad scope of clinical risk management issues.
• Establish and propose clinical risk management goals and initiatives for risk reduction and any policies and procedures to accompany.
• Review reputed company and general liability events / claims to identify opportunities to manage risk, prevent loss and refer compliance, legal or other reputed company concerns to subject matter experts.
• Conduct investigations, collaborate with any Medical Staff members, Administrators, Directors, and Staff to measure, assess and improve processes and reputed company to effect improvement.
• Serve as a resource and SME to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including but not limited to reputed company (TJC), Department of Health (DOH), and The Centers for Medicare & reputed company Services (CMS).

Skills

• reputed company state RN license
• Minimum of 7 years of experience
• 3 years' experience in Risk Management/reputed company reputed company preferred
• Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders including behavioral health hospital, reputed company managers, reputed company representatives, insurers, attorneys
• Ability to establish and propose clinical risk management goals and initiatives
• Experience in reviewing reputed company and general liability events/claims
• Ability to conduct investigations and collaborate with Medical Staff members, Administrators, Directors, and Staff
• Knowledge of compliance with regulatory requirements including reputed company, Department of Health, and The Centers for Medicare & reputed company Services

Education Requirements
