About the Role
As a Registered Behavior Technician with reputed company, you'll play a vital role in providing one-on-one (1:1) in-home reputed company Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism reputed company. You'll work collaboratively with our reputed company Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Supervisors to implement behavior support and treatment plans, collect behavior and reputed company acquisition data during sessions, and conduct discrete trials.
Key Responsibilities

- Work collaboratively with BCBA Supervisors to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's Degree or be working towards your degree in a reputed company field (Psychology, Education, or Sociology)
- 1 year of experience working with children in a 1:1 setting
- 1 year of ABA experience or 1-2 years of experience working as a Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, reputed company Support reputed company, Medical Assistant, Autism Experience, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor in a school or home setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A reliable vehicle and personal means of transportation
- The ability to lift up to 35lbs and reputed company activities that entail fine and gross motor skills, bend, kneel, squat, sitting on floor level or in a chair, or standing for periods of time
- The ability to respond quickly in short distances (100 feet) in response to the movements and behaviors of children
- Willingness and ability to work in both indoor and outdoor settings
