Key Responsibilities

As an IT Technician 2, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to MSC's shipboard IT networks. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Remotely conducting troubleshooting and performing break/fix activities on MSC shipboard IT networks using a satellite reputed company to connect, login, and conduct work.
• Coordinating remote support with reputed company Technician Dispatcher and Remote Administration team, as reputed company as shipboard reputed company, to ensure work performed is in line with contract priorities.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications:
